The Sponsor the Arts program not only provides support for The Nutcracker Sweet production and participants, but financial aid and scholarships to local Middle and High School, as well as education and vocational scholarships to schools, individuals, and other organizations for the enrichment of the performing and fine arts. Join us as we also endeavor to partner with such organizations as Miracles In Motion, Richmond Ed Fund, and Moby School/MobyMax, LLC. to name a few.
To maintain the highest level of quality possible, The NUTCRACKER SWEET production has a constant variety of upgrades and maintenance responsibilities. From supplies, costumes, sets, props, lighting and sound, insurances, rehearsal and theater space rentals, a variety of scholarships,…the list is quite long. Your support enables us to maintain these responsibilities at the highest level possible.

This scholarship fund honors the life and memory of Terrance Easter. Terrance performed in the 2017 and 2018 seasons of The Nutcracker Sweet. He was a shining example of the mission of PDM Productions. Not only was Terrance talented, he had relentless tenacity, a respectful attitude and a kind, gentle soul. Terrance is remembered for his warm smile and contagious laugh. Please consider a donation so that this scholarship can continue to honor his memory by awarding the dancer(s) who most demonstrates these qualities.
Each year we strive to provide at least $6,000 of education scholarships decided between Middle and High Schools. Scholarships are offered to students who excel in the performing and/or fine arts, and classroom teachers who have a specific need for support. Scholarship recipients are selected by PDM Directors, department and organization leaders, student advocates, visiting classrooms, and students who participate in the Paparazzo Talent Competition.
Miracles In Motion is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that provides quality dance instruction to people with special needs while promoting awareness in the community through the joy of dancing.
